Your business is leaking money, time, or both. Let’s find out which, and fix it.

Automations, internal tools, and apps, scoped to one workflow at a time. We map it with your team, build it on your stack, and stay until it runs without us.

Let us build

Three ways to get it built.

Your stack.
Your workflows.

  1. 01. One workflow

    Fix one thing.

The job that eats the week: intake, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, the report someone rebuilds every Monday. We map it with your team, build the automation or tool that takes it, on the stack you already run, and hand it over working.

    a six-month platform project.

  2. 02. The operating system

    Build the operating system.

Your tools stay. We connect them, add the context that lives in people's heads today (the customer's history, the crew's schedule, the job's margin), and put it all on one screen your team runs the day from. That's the operating system: one place the work runs through, sitting on top of everything you already have.

ripping out the tools your team already knows.

  3. 03. Standing

    Keep building.

We stay on your team. We keep what's built running, pick the next workflow, and build it, month after month. The experiments change. The judgment steering them doesn't.

hiring an AI lead you can't find.

Automations, internal tools, apps. Built on the tools you already pay for. Most builds go live in three to six weeks, because every one starts with two weeks inside your workflows, your stack, and your numbers.

How it works

Scoped first. Live in about six weeks.

Four steps.
Your stack throughout.

  1. Start

    01

    Scope it, or audit first.

If you already know the job that needs building, it's a 30-minute scope call. If you don't, we run a two-week audit first: interviews with the people doing the work, inside your workflows, your stack, and your numbers, so the build gets pointed at the right thing before anyone writes code.

  2. Week 1

    02

    Map the work.

We sit with your team and see how it's done, then map the workflow, edge cases and decide where a human still needs to be involved. You get the written scope: what we're building, what it connects to, what it costs, what it returns.

  3. Week 3

    03

    Run it live.

Working software on your own data, early, while it's still cheap to change. Your team pokes at it and we fix what they find. It's fast because we're fitting a build to how you already work, on tools you already have.

  4. Weeks 4–6

    04

Make it hold. Then hand it over.

The part most builds skip. We run it through the wrong inputs, the ugly cases, the Friday rush, until it holds. Then we train the person who'll own it, put the how-to where your team will find it, and step back. When we leave, the capability stays.
